While Rithamaya products are made using 100% natural ingredients, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We strive to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier service. Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹499. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or a full refund. Order cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched.
